Your Information that Joobali May Collect Online
You can affirmatively submit to Joobali certain user information pertaining to your interaction with and use of Joobali’s products. User information may include information related to your childcare business if you are a child care or child services provider. User information may include identifying and financial information related to you and your child if you are a parent or guardian. We also may infer your geographic location based on your IP address or other information.
Joobali’s websites are not designed with the purpose of attracting any person who is not either (1) a child care or child services provider, or (2) a parent or guardian. Joobali does not knowingly collect or maintain any personal information from anyone who does not fall into these two categories.
How Joobali Uses Your Information
We will use information you affirmatively submit to Joobali for the purpose for which it is submitted, such as to manage payments and process billing transactions, respond to inquiries, and alert you to new product offerings. We may also use such information to provide operational notices, in program record-keeping and to conduct research on child care industry marketplace practices. We may utilize or publish aggregate data, but the aggregate data will not include any unique information you provided to us.
We may share your information with third parties that we contract with to act on the behalf of Joobali.
At certain points where your information is collected on our site, you may indicate whether you would like to be on a mailing list to receive information about Joobali. If you indicate “yes,” you may remove your name from a Joobali mailing list by utilizing the appropriate unsubscribe feature contained in the emails.
